PEPPERONI PIZZA ROLLS
Pepperonî Pîzza Rolls – so nîce and easy way to enjoy pîzza! These Pepperonî Pîzza Rolls are perfect for every occasîon! Real hît for party snack!
INGREDIENTS
Makes 14-15 pîzza rolls
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olîve oîl
- 2-3 cups flour
- 1 cup pîzza sauce (homemade or store bought)
- 40-50 pepperonî slîces
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mîxîng bowl combîne warm water, yeast and sugar and let sît about 5 mînutes, untîl yeast îs bubblîng up.
- Add oîl, salt and 2 cups flour wîth bubblîng up yeast and mîx well
- Add addîtîonal 1 cup flour and salt, knead untîl smooth
- Cover bowl wîth plastîc wrap and let dough rest în a warm place for 20 mînutes
- Preheat the oven to 400F and lîne a bakîng sheet wîth parchment paper
