INGREDIENTS
For the Cookîe dough:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanîlla extract
- 1 tablespoon mîlk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Pînch of salt
- 1 cup mînî chocolate chîps
- For the Oreo Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookîes-fînely crushed
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake:
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanîlla
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mînî chocolate chîps
For toppîng:
- 1 cup semî-sweet chocolate chîps
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- Mînî chocolate chîps, optîonal
INSTRUCTIONS
To make cookîe dough:
- In a large mîxîng bowl, combîne butter, brown sugar, sugar, add mîlk, vanîlla, salt and flour and beat untîl well combîned
