INGREDIENTS:


2 pounds chïcken breâst
2 tomâtoes dïced
1 cup coconut mïlk
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp gârâm mâsâlâ
1 tsp ground gïnger
1 tsp gârlïc powder
sâlt to tâste

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Cut chïcken ïnto bïte-sïzed chunks.

2. In â crockpot, combïne chïcken, tomâtoes, coconut mïlk, ghee, gârâm mâsâlâ, ground gïnger, ând gârlïc powder. Mïx well to ensure chïcken breâst ïs evenly seâsoned.

3. Cover the crockpot wïth â lïd ând cook on hïgh for 3.5 hours or low for 6 hours.

4. Add sâlt to tâste when servïng.
