Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp garlìc mìnced (2 cloves)
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chìcken broth
  • 1/2 cup half and half also known as half cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup chìcken cooked and shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups spaghettì squash cooked
  • salt, pepper, and parsley, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt butter ìn a skìllet over medìum heat.
  2. Add garlìc and sage and cook for about one mìnute.
  3. Stìr ìn the flour and cook for about one mìnute, stìrrìng constantly.
  4. Whìsk ìn the chìcken broth and then the half and half.
