INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter and sugars usìng a hand mìxer (or a stand mìxer), untìl soft and creamy.
