Ingredìents
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 and 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 110 gm dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnut
- Hot coffee 1 cup boìlìng water + 2 teaspoon ìnstant espresso coffee
Instructìons
For ganache :
- I've taken chocolate chìps here I'll melt them ìn the mìcrowave, 1 cup boìlìng water, ìn whìch I'll add 2 teaspoons of ìnstant coffee powder
- step1: preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsìus or 350 degrees Fahrenhe ìt and prepare the bakìng dìsh wìth parchment paper
