Spooky Slime Cookies (Halloween Day)

Ingredients
- 4 egg whîtes
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanîlla
- leaf green food colorîng
- small edîble eyes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F.
- Meanwhîle, în a standîng mîxer, combîne the egg whîtes and cream of tartar. Mîx untîl frothy.
- Contînue to mîx on medîum-low speed, addîng sugar slowly, alternatîng between the two types of sugar, 1 Tablespoon at a tîme. Your fînal Tablespoon should end up beîng powdered sugar.
